Fucoidan is a bio-active component of Undaria Pinnatifida (Wakame) and other brown sea vegetables. It is one of the most heavily studied of natural bio-active
substances in the world. There are over 100 peer reviewed and published scientific studies that use Fucoidan as a subject.

Many are looking at it as a promising anti cancer drug while others

are focused on its effects on skin, intestinal tract and as an absorber of heavy metals and radiation. There are compelling studies that look at its ability to act as a effective antiviral and antibacterial agent.

Others look at its role as a powerful antioxidant.
